They had picked an isolated area of the garden for today. There were always a few parties of people taking in the majesty of the Tree’s central crown, but little spots by the farther-flung branches were in much lower demand. Juniper and Sequoia had agreed that they wanted today to be special, and part of special meant out of the way of anyone but each other.
